Had a problem with wasps surrounding my wooden mailbox, lodging under the eaves of the roof of the box, and making it difficult/impossible to deliver and retrieve mail. Once I explained the problem, the owner said he'd be over in a few minutes to remedy the situation, and was working on the mailbox 15 minutes later! He also explained that the situation wasn't what appeared - no nests, wasps just interested in the wood! He treated the mailbox with the appropriate product, and the problem was solved!
